Return as of 1-24-2006

I wanted an area where people could track my returns. I needed to give my readers a reason to trust my investment ideas. I'll mostly post updates on my personal portfolio, and sometimes my investment club. Due to my staunch support for peoples' privacy, I won't post returns for accounts that I control, but have no financial interest in.

Disclaimer: My portfolio return page is not a definitive "buy" list. I have purchased these shares at various times in the past few years. A good buy back then is not necessarily a good buy today.

*Note: Yes, I do realize I have an almost 100% loss on IMNR. It was a speculative buy in 2003 - BusinessWeek recommended it. I purchased it for $2.42 a share, and only purchased 100 shares. IMNR is an immune-based therapy company in HIV and multiple sclerosis. I bought it because "what if" they became the company that discovered a cure for AIDS/HIV. I could afford to spend $242.00 (+ commission) and wait, just in case this company could do what others could not. I would not advise in holding more than a tiny tiny percentage of any speculative company (under 1% of your overall portfolio value. IMNR currently occupies 0.005% of my portfolio.) Now that IMNR's shares are only worth 3 cents per share, my $3 holding isn't worth the commission necessary to liquidate the shares. Thus, I sit on a 98.90% loss. Don't use that against me, though.
